Darcy is the best realtor ever I've experienced. She's knows a lot about real estate, 10 years+. She's connected with skilled vendors to fix inspection issues. She's hard-working, persistent. She's kind, caring. She goes the extra mile. I felt that she was a "partner" in selling my towhome in Lakewood. The market changed from Seller's market to Buyer's market. Higher mortgages, HOA fees, etc. Tough time. She's local in Lakewood, Littleton, Morrison areas. I highly recommend her. All around good person, mother of two toddlers.
