We conducted our house search from Mi and not familiar with Florida practices and norms. Darcy made this process much easier. She was very accessible, energetic in gathering information for us, and even did a Zoom video walkthrough for us which was necessary since we were in Mi and had to act quickly. She quickly followed up on all of our questions, and made suggestions as we are new to Florida. The offer on the house we got was very unusual in that this was an open bid process, which required some unusual working hours, which she accommodated.
