I wish I could give Darcie 6 stars in "negotiation skills". She helped us save almost $50,000. on the purchase of our house. She is amazing! Her energy kept us going when I was feeling down. We looked at quite a few houses and we liked a couple but Darcie's research turned up serious issues. She even went to the county to pull up plot maps when homeowners didn't seem certain and the agent was unable to answer our questions. Darcie knows what she's doing!
