I’m convinced there should be a new category of real estate awards created just for Darcie Carlton, because “top agent” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Working with her was like having a real-estate superhero, strategist, negotiator, therapist, and personal concierge all rolled into one ridiculously talented human being. Not. Kidding. From the very first conversation, it was clear that Darcie doesn’t sell houses — she creates experiences. She listened to what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and even the things I didn’t know I wanted. Within days, she curated a lineup of homes so perfect that I legitimately wondered if she had telepathic powers. And when challenges came up? And they did. She handled EVERYTHING with the precision of a NASA engineer and the calm of someone who’s done this a thousand times (because she has). Her negotiation skills were a masterclass — I’m pretty sure I got a better deal than should legally be allowed. Communication? Impeccable. Professionalism? Unmatched. Dedication? Actually kind of awe-inspiring. Results? Beyond anything I imagined. I didn’t just end up with the exact home I needed — I ended up with the rare peace of mind that comes from working with someone who is truly elite at what they do. If you get the chance to work with Darcie, take it. Cancel your plans, rearrange your schedule, do whatever it takes. You will not find a more committed, capable, or downright phenomenal real-estate agent anywhere. If I could give Darcie infinite stars, I would.
