Darcee was a pleasure to work with! First, she is very personable! She is also very professional without being rigid. She is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Since we were out of town, Darcee provided many options via email for us to view based on our buying criteria, then setup appointments for all the condos we were interested in seeing. Upon arriving in Bonita Springs we were able to visit 8 properties within a couple of days. We decided to think about 2 properties that we especially liked. When we returned to our home “up north” we received another listing 2 days later. I knew this was the one that we’d like best and contacted her about us coming back to Florida to see the condo. Right away she said we didn’t have to make another trip that she would go first thing next morning and make a video tour of the property. Because of this we were able to make an offer without stepping inside condo! This property wasn’t going to last long on the market, but because of Darcee we were able to get the first offer to sellers. I would recommend Darcee to anyone!
Darcee has been the consummate professional in an industry with many “wannabees” She is honest and trustworthy while working 100% in her clients best interest 7 days a week and evenings.
