Darby and Marty Beth worked extremely hard, did the showings themselves, got my house in contract in the first week it was listed, well above an aggressive asking price. The home closed on time. Meanwhile, they found us and negotiated a great price on the home we are moving to. They literally did everything for me, including a referral to a lender, organized the inspections, negotiated repairs, and more.
