I met with Darbi at my home and she gave me a list of what needed to be done to get ready to sell my house. She really knew what she was doing as my house sold in less than 48 hours! I also got Darbi to help me find my perfect new home. The curtains were supposed to stay as part of the deal, but the sellers took the curtains with them. We noticed that on the final walkthrough, and she called the other realtor immediately and was able to negotiate some money for me to put towards new curtains. She felt bad about what happened and even put some of her own money towards new curtains. Darbi was very professional every step of the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home.
