If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

Dara is THE reason we have a house! This was such a tough market, and as new homebuyers, we had a lot of let downs. Once our offer was accepted, we really saw Dara shine. The sellers we purchased the house from used a relocation company that added a lot of paperwork to the closing process and Dara worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly and the company had everything they needed. She also strongly advocated for the resolution of a few minor repairs that came up during the house inspection and made sure that everything was fixed before the close date, providing receipts for the work that was done. I really can't recommend Dara strongly enough!
