Dara Metro was our realtor in buying a second home (condo) in Hallandale Beach FL. We connected with her via Zillow while driving to NC. Once we entered our contact information in the website, the next steps said a realtor would be contacting us within 24 hours. Dara called my wife within 10 minutes, it didn't take 24 hours. We provided her with 3-4 condos of our choosing with very specific requirements and she went to look at each one on our behalf. She called us the following day in NC and provided a detailed report on the care, quality and location of each condo. We were impressed with her positive, assertive, transparent nature. She is the "real" thing, no fluff, straight and to the point. She walked us through the process "step by step" as she calls it. A couple of times we wanted to walk away from the deal but she endured, addressing each concern to satisfy our need. Buying real estate out of your home state is a very scary thing but she made the experience as de-stressful as possible. She was amazing in her responsiveness and availability no matter what day of the week or time of the day. Never leaving a question unanswered or a task pending. These days it is hard to find people that you can trust much less when you are making a large purchase that is so dear and near to ones heart. There were bumps on the road, but all of them were resolved because of her positive demeanor and "can do" attitude. We wouldn't give our hard earned business to anyone who we couldn't trust and trust in business these days is not easy to find unless you work with someone who is real. Dara is extremely easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease during the home buying process. She is lively, energetic, and has a passion for realty.
