Dara stuck by us for a very long time til we found our house. She was very knowledgable about what was on the market, often sending us by text houses that were posted that were what we were looking for. We were very particular about what we wanted. We were looking for an age in place home for our older years. She communicated often and effectively over these many years. She was professional but friendly and honest with us at the same time. One house had a particularly small, square kitchen and she asked me if I could honestly live with the kitchen. I really could not and I appreciated her looking out for me over a sale. That is just one example of many where she put our needs before a sale. She was helpful and knowledgeable in every step in the purchase process of this home. We had not bought a home in 25 years and a lot had changed. We would highly recommend Dara to anyone buying or selling a home. I was going to recommend her to someone selling a home across the street from our new home, but it was already sold, I think an owner sale. That is how much we think of Dara! She is just great and will stick by you til you find the home you really want!
