We had been searching for a home for over 4 months with a different realtor before we started working with D'dee. We immediately saw a difference. D'dee and her team put in the work to help us not just find the right house, but win the contract too! It's a tough market, but she knows how to work within it! I would highly recommend! Also, Peggy and D'dee were great with our kids as we have 2 young kids at each showing with us. Very friendly family!

My husband and I never worked directly with D'dee. During the home buying process, we worked exclusively with Peggy, her associate, and we strongly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home (especially first time home buyers). We were referred to Peggy after our previous real estate agent had trouble showing us listings. In a market like this, houses go fast! Because of that, we needed to see houses on the first or second day that they were listed or they would be under contract already. Peggy understood that and always made herself available to show us properties when we requested. I texted her 30 minutes after our home was listed in the morning, and she made time to show it to us that very night even though she had other plans. We made an offer the next day. It was a fast process, but Peggy was always there to answer questions along the way! During the negotiating process, Peggy also ensured that the most important items were repaired after the inspection (even though it took some back and forth with the sellers) and kept us informed about each step. Additionally, she was very respectful in regards to mask use and social distancing because we were very concerned about the risk of buying a home during the pandemic. She listened to us and made sure we were comfortable during the entire process. I strongly recommend Peggy (and D'dee) at the D2 Realty Group! Thanks for making the home buying process so easy! Ps. Thanks for negotiating the home warranty, Peggy! We didn't realize we needed it, but you wrote it into the offer anyway. We've had to use it twice already, and it has alleviated some stress of being a new homeowner!

D'dee was great! She walked us through the entire processes and kept in constant communication with us. We had a few hiccups with our buyers and she kept us informed and stayed on top of everything. Without her, I don't know what we would have done!

We hired D'dee Fowler to help us with selling and buying a new home in the Allen and McKinney, TX areas. We were very happy with her knowledge of the business and responsiveness on our questions, requests, etc... through the entire process! It can be stressful at times, but D'dee is excellent at explaining each step and provided tips on how to do things. She is a very hard working individual - almost 7x24. We met at 10pm one evening to go over the offers we had on selling our home! We (my wife and I) highly recommend D'dee for realtor services wether you are selling, buying, or both!
