Wonderful experience with a knowledgeable Agent

When Kerry Jeffcoat came onto the scene we were desperate, we didn't understand all the ins and outs of the real estate market, especially since it has now heated up to the point where it became almost impossible for us to move forward. Our previous agent left us and we didn't know where to go, or who to turn to. Kerry came from a reference on Zillow, with very high marks. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but at the same time understanding that we were not and was able to bring me up to speed in a comfortable way quickly. We relied on her knowledge and expertise to get us through the process not only of looking at houses and making offers on a few. It did take us about two or three tries to finally grasp what I meant to make an offer and how to get it accepted. If it wasn't for her expertise we would probably still be floundering. Not only was she able to help us write the offer but she came up with techniques and offered ideas that made the offer more attractive to the sellers. I firmly believe that if we didn't have her as our agent we would still be going from house to house on the weekends trying to figure out how we can make this bid the winning one. On top of all of that, she has a roster of home repair and inspection people at the ready. We were able to use her connections with tried and true contractors and other needed experts to complete the house inspection in a very timely manner but also facilitate and request any needed repairs that we wanted the seller to complete. Even though it is a seller's market she was able to negotiate those repairs before the close. She was patient when we had questions and she let us explore what we thought we needed while at the same time providing suggestions and showing examples of what might be another way to go. After all is said and done we ended up with a wonderful house with everything we asked for. Thank you Kerry!
