Great Communication

We were first time homebuyers and Daphne made the process that seemed daunting at first feel like a walk in the park! She is so great at taking the complicated concepts and turning them into easy to understand points. We were thinking we would have to buy a fixer upper based on our budget and where we wanted to live. Daphne helped show us that we could actually afford a brand new build!!
