Daphne contacted me quickly and was efficient in follow thru. I negotiated three deals somewhat simultaneously and mostly from out-of-town. There were times she was responding to my texts late at night or early in the morning due to time zone differences. We had one problem with one negotiation but that was partly my fault and partly the fault of the other realtor as well. One big asset -for me - has been her willingness to go the extra mile after the sale, when she really didn't have to. She's given me great advice and recommendations on professional contacts and tradespeople. She was honest when she needed to be and tactful when she needed to be and always professional.

Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate purchasing process. Explained any aspects of the purchasing process that we did not fully understand. Would highly recommend to anyone.
