Danyel Butler

Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

We have used Danyel for our purchase of our home and the sell of the same house and each time was such a smooth process!!! She is such a great energy to be around, not too passive and not too pushy. She is always available when needed and I’m really grateful we were referred to her :)
