Mr. White service is impeccable. We began our home buying process a year ago. At the time we started our credit wasn't strong enough to qualify us for any home suitable for our family. On top of that the home we was renting, the owners decided to sell giving us 30 days to vacate. But Mr. White negotiated a deal with the owners to allow us to rent for one more year with the option to buy. Throughout the process Mr. White assisted us with credit repair knowledge, and other options that will ensure a smooth closing when the time arrived. On top of securing my family a place to stay, he locked in our price at almost $10k below the seller's asking price. I can go on and telling you about the phenomenal quality of service put forth by Mr. White, but I will end by saying, the experience and knowledge gained from him in our home ownership process is incomparable to any other realtor.

Simply AMAZING!! From start to finish he was there to answer all questions even on nights and weekends when his office was closed. He definitely went over and beyond for me and my family and for that we are forever grateful. I highly recommend Dantrail to anyone in the 804 or surrounding area!!
