Dante was very professional and kept me apprised throughout the entire transaction. I was originally told by another Realty company that the property I was interested in was already in negotiations and I didn’t really want to look at the property. I inquired on my own and met Dante who said the property did have interested parties but I was still able to look at the property as no contracts had been signed. Dante helped my fiance and I find our first place in this crazy market. We would send him homes we wanted to see and he quickly set up walkthroughs for all of them and more. Any questions I had, he would help me figure out what needs to be done. Buying a house is crazy but Dante made it really easy. When we expressed interest in a property we saw online and asked for additional information, Dante was the first person to call (within 2 minutes!). A few days later I heard from the listing agent. I had two questions for her about the property and she never got back to me. I asked Dante the same two questions and he got back to me within an hour or two and delivered the condo documents I requested the following day. This was how our entire experience went with him. He was always very responsive, very personable and stayed on top of everything and everyone involved. He is young and only has a couple of years under his belt, but he is hungry and clearly very competent and provides services way beyond his years. He is a natural and is even better than real estate agents we have ever worked with in Connecticut and NH (where we live), and we have worked with about 6 other agents over the years. Since we could not view the property ourselves, Dante gave us a very comprehensive look at the property including walking the path to the beach, the pool, the grounds and the tennis/pickle ball courts. He even gave us a driving tour so we could what was around our complex including the public beach, restaurants and other complexes in the neighborhood. We ran into problems with the Bank of America with the closing (our bank and I will never use them again) and our Section 1031 exchange. Dante kept in contact with all the various players and helped me put pressure on the Bank to make the final closing date. Driftwood Title, who handled the closing also was instrumental in moving things along at the end. Driftwood was a referral from Dante and they were terrific. Dante met contractors who needed to make repairs before the closing. He came to the property and moved in boxes that arrived prior to my coming to Florida. I reached out to Dante for his services as I was stuck in the midwest and was motivated to buy in the Venice area. Dante would send me properties he thought made sense and if I was interested he would go to the property and facetime me so I can see everything. He did this numerous times as I am a picky buyer. We finally found a house that we liked and had an issue come up after the inspection period.
