I was Out of State and my wife was was in our home in Florida, Mrs Abilhomme took charge of not only listing & showing our home, but coordinating communication between States, with my wife and I as well as the buyers and title company. Getting all the paperwork to all the parties for signature, staying in constant communication with me, the buyers and the title company and as such we were able to close in about 10 days. She gave excellent service and like the title above it was quick, painless and she was very responsive. I would think anyone looking for a Realator to get their house sold or to buy would be wise to consider giving her a call.

As a first time Home buyer I don't have any previous knowledge of what a broker, should or should be,but I found Ms.Danolia-Realtor to be helpful in my decision process, her advisement was on point,she listened and did everything she could to help me with my decision to purchase a home.
