Gets it done!

Danny was suggested to my siblings and I as we were trying to sell our deceased parent's home. We lived in different cities and states, and the home had multiple challenges. Danny was able to communicate with all of us, and made a point to be extremely communicative to make sure we knew what was happening and why. He had connections with folks to get quick repairs done and he walked through the house, taking in depth photos, and generated a list of tasks to complete before going on the market. We had a bad experience with a different agent, and he explained why the house had not sold, and what he would do differently. He managed all of the action items and got our house on the market saft. He staged it beautifully and marketed it well. When one buyer fell through, it was not even a week before he had another potential buyer. The house sold so fast, and he really helped us know how to manage the inspection details and the buyer requests. He went way beyond what was needed, and he was with us the whole time! Danny gets it done! He knows the market, he knows marketing, and he has excellent and honest advice. This would not have been possible without him!
