Danny walked me through the entire process. Danny pointed out things that I didn’t think about. We had a couple stags due to financing and he kept me in the loop with daily and weekly updates. As an out of town investor we need more honest and helpful buyers like Danny. It’s been almost a year since my purchase and he continues to follow up with me atleast monthly.
