Danny and his team were fantastic. They held my hand all the way through finding the perfect home to buying it. I could call him any time. He was very responsive and courteous. He is not pushy and will be honest with you about any issue you may have. I will always remember how patient he was with me even when I was not. He a great guy.
I Moved to Lexington this July (2021) from Reno NV. The challenge was to sell my home in Reno while buying my home here in Lexington simultaneously. Move out, get here and move in. My list of wants was specific. Townhome, 1 car garage, small back yard for dog, at least 2 bedrooms. I started my conversations with Danny a good year before the move. Its never easy to find/buy a home when you live in another market. Even though Danny and I had never met he picked up the project and ran with it. I now have a wonderful home here in Lexington that check off my wish list beyond expectations. The process went very smooth without an issue. Danny us no stranger to us. He helped us find and purchase our first home together in 2015. Danny was very proactive, sending us listings of available properties on a regular basis. When we wanted to look at properties Danny was active and timely. When we found a property we wanted Danny was able to make a bid quickly and economically, saving us $1000 by reducing our offer. Our reduced offer was accepted and we closed successfully and are now living happily in our new place. The market was very tight and fast - all the properties we looked at were gone in two or three days!
