We explored a few options to sell our home and the McElroy Team was by far the most prepared and knowledgeable. They provided exceptional insight for the comps within our zip code but then filtered to our community to illustrate more accurate comparisons. Since our home was built in '04, Danny and Stephanie provided current perspective on what potential home buyers would appreciate about our home as well as items that might pose challenges. Additionally, they offered the traditional listing path as well as a cash-out process and we chose the latter. We chose the cash-out method due to time constraints that we had and the process went very smooth and quick. Susan, the transaction coordinator, complimented Danny and Stephanie very efficiently and kept us informed of all they steps effectively. We found The McElroy team by pure mistake. We received a call due to a phone number miscommunication. This was the greatest phone call mistake ever. Danny and his team are just absolutely amazing. Everyone is super nice, professional, prompt and amazing at the entire process. Danny truly knows the DFW area and will make sure you make a great and informed decision with your purchase or sale.
