I cant say enough good things about how Danny Hudnall handled my selling process.Danny exceeded all expectations. I called him on Februay 2nd to weigh out my options with selling or renting my property. Danny brought me a contract on Feb 5th for more than I ever expected I would be offered. We closed on that property Feburay 20th. Not only did we close within 20 days, Danny went above and beyond assisting me in getting the property apprsail ready. With a newborn and an infant Danny took a lot of repsponbilty off my plate to allow me to worry about my family and not the property.
