Danny was very knowledgeable, and was able to hone in on what our wants/needs were. This allowed us to pick, purchase and move into our new home very quickly. Also, he was in touch with us throughout the process with just the right level of frequency, and also available whenever we had a question. Danny should keep up with whatever he is doing, and there will be many other happy home owning couples!

Danny went above and beyond for us when looking for a house from out of town. He really does cater to the military and understands our needs. A couple of things came up after closing that did concern me. The home inspector that he used missed a broken window. It’s a double pane window and one pane on the inside was completely broken and shards of glass were sticking out. I feel like this is not something that should’ve been overlooked, and it’s definitely something we would’ve had requested to be fixed. It’s not directly Dans fault, but it was the inspection person he recommended to us. Also, with the home warranty we wanted to add in a seasonal tune-up for the AC units. We only purchased one tune-up, but we have two AC units so we needed to add two to our plan. It is an oversight on his part and definitely something I should’ve caught on to as well. Both of these were small mishaps but something to learn from. Thank you Danny again for providing excellent customer service and you were a pleasure to work with.
