Danny has lots of experience and great finesse to deal with the other parties to make it a win-win-win situation. She has a great personality that gets along with everyone but still has the backbone and smarts to push for us ("the client") to get us the best possible deal. Danny helped us find a condo for my daughter in the Hollywood area. His friendly approach, and tireless energy to find just the right place was incredible. We enjoyed going around town looking at places, he was very patient even when we wanted to see the place for the third time. His knowledge of construction also helped us to know what to look out for, he was very helpful pointing out things that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise. He was like a good friend to work with.
