I knew she was going to be my buyer's agent, but when I considered all she had done for me I decided to use as my seller's agent even though the house I was selling was 30 miles away from her. She did an outstanding job of staging my house. When the house went on the market, it sold the first day for more than we listed it. Then she worked hard in helping find a place in my new location, which was not easy because of the high demand in the area.
