Danilo was very aware of my attention to my concerns about selling my home for the past 50 years. As a widow, there was a lot that I needed guidance about and feared being taken advantage of during this process. Danilo made me feel safe and I knew he was advocating for me when dealing with prospective buyers, the other agents, the title company, the inspector, and ultimately throughout the final days and closing.
