I could have not find a better realtor to work with in this transaction. It was a 3 month effort and his knowledge of the market, sense of urgency, network in the area and, most importantly, his passion for the business and for helping others made this a successful acquisition with seamless execution. Additionally, he brings to the table a lot of knowledge from his own investment experience, which was extremely helpful for a first time real estate investor like myself. Lastly, it is great to work with someone that is focused on building a relationship instead of just completing a transaction, and who is a transparent and trusted advisor to tell you when something is a good deal or a bad one. Danilo is an excellent realtor! The first day I met Danilo, he assured me he would sell my house and 2 months later, my house was sold. He was in constant communication with me throughout the process. He was present during all the tours of the potential buyers and provided me with information of appointment times beforehand. He was extremely punctual and committed to his job. Due to selling my home during the COVID-19 pandemic I was worried about having others tour, Danilo made sure all persons touring my property followed the safety guidelines I set in place.
