About Danijela

My primary focus is the Northeast valley of Phoenix. This includes North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Cave Creek and Carefree (north of the 101). Living and working in this area since 2004, I’m very familiar and knowledgeable with the communities. My approach is pretty simple: do the upfront work, communicate honestly and remember that you get a lot further with honey than vinegar. I’ll advocate fiercely for my clients, but I also know that good relationships on the other side of a transaction can make all the difference. I’m also not the agent who will simply tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes the best advice isn’t necessarily the easiest advice to give—or receive—but I believe my clients deserve honesty from the beginning, not disappointment at the end. I’d rather have the thoughtful conversation upfront, set realistic expectations and put together a strategy that actually gets results. If you’re looking for someone who will communicate, follow through, solve problems and work hard to get things done in a timely manner and at the right price, I’m your agent.
