Danielle was very helpful on the sale of my house she did all the legwork and more since I had to relocate for work she was constantly on the phone keeping me informed and then text messages and emails I got to meet her one time when I came to pick up some things from my house before she sold it . Danielle worked for months to help us find the right home, including traveling to a number of communities surrounding our target area. She used software that creates a profile so that we received notifications of places that were available; however, she also personally checked the listings to identify places that she knew we would be most interested in based on our search experience. She has a working relationship with other agents in the area, as well as service providers that assist buyers with the purchasing process. Danielle was personable and responded to our inquiries in a professional manner.

For example: i drove by a house i liked in Orange City, FL....texted her that I was interested in seeing it. Within 45 min she was available to show me the house. We submitted an offer immediately after the showing, and she stayed on top of ensuring my offer was seen and reviewed among other offers that had already been made on the house the same day.
