I can't compliment Danielle enough on the job she did selling our family home. We were hampered by health issues and had to do everything long distance. Danielle did more than simply list our house. She worked with our schedule and helped us with everything. She helped find a moving company to transport the things we wanted to keep to another state and conducted a virtual walk-thru with a representative of the company to get us pricing. She helped us sell items we didn't want to keep. She helped organize people to pack up almost 65 years of memories when we couldn't do it ourselves. She provided guidance that made completing paperwork as easy as possible. She kept us informed of everything that was happening and told us what to expect next. Going through the process of purchasing a home could have been very difficult without knowing how to prepare and navigate through all of the proper paperwork and procedures required .
