If incompetence and lack of professionalism is what you seek than I would highly recommend. If you are not buying/selling a million dollar home than she will make no effort to accommodate you or even perform basic duties as a realtor. We are currently renting a condo in which the home owner uses her as essentially a property manager to fix any issues within our home. So far we have moved in with a family of squirrels living in the walls for almost 2 months and had no a/c for the first month of our lease and only made an effort to fix the a/c issue after we withheld our rent in an escrow account. Any simple request will take weeks/months to be fulfilled and communication is practically nonexistent. She is also not above using demeaning and slanderous terms to you if she becomes irritated with you.
