The sign was in the yard about 7 days. On the first Saturday of the weekend she had 10 people scheduled to look at the house. Danielle sold the house to the first people who viewed the house for more than asking. There was a couple of problems on Insurance and a roofing deal. She was very helpful with all of the paperwork, all the way through the title work. It never hurts to have someone who is intelligent and attractive working for You.
