I had worked with Danielle in a different industry and trusted her to take care of me. Her experience and expertise as a broker were secondary to my intuition that she would ensure everything went well, and I was rewarded for putting my faith in her.Danielle did all of the expected things--marketed my home, negotiated with potential buyers' agents, and kept the paperwork moving. Any realtor worth hiring would have done all of that, but Danielle also went far beyond minimal effort to help me sell. First, Danielle did an phenomenal job of explaining processes. She taught me what was happening at each step and why, giving me as much or as little information as I wanted. Next, she put literal sweat equity into my house, including some painting and lawn maintenance, to help it sell at maximum value. Finally, she acted as the squeaky wheel to move along the lengthy underwriting process for the sale. She made the calls to the lender every day so I didn't have to. And Danielle never once lost patience with me as I checked in and agonized over a process out dragged out by the pandemic.Several things went wrong during the sale of my property, all of them outside of Danielle's control. First, an FHA appraisal came back almost 10% under my asking price during a contract that ended with the potential buyer having to cancel because of loss of income due to COVID. Then our second contract kept getting delayed as lenders applied greater scrutiny to the underwriting process. The buyer actually got fed up with the first bank and switched to a different lender, "restarting" the process.Somehow, Danielle and I both lived to closing, and I am glad she was on my side. I'll be calling her if I ever need a realtor again, and you can bet I'll tell others to choose her for their real estate needs.
Danielle listens carefully and found exactly what I needed. She's patient, calming, personable, and really understands what you need :) I'm very glad that I worked with her and will reach out to her again should I decide to sell /buy again in the future.
Danielle was a great agent. She was knowledgeable, skilled in negotiation, and above all she was always available when I needed her. If she could not answer the phone, she would text to let me know when she would be able to call back, day or night. She is truly caring, as well.
