Danielle was a pleasure to work with. I had never sold a house before and she made the entire experience very easy, especially since I was selling my Family home. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me through everything and had answers for all my questions. She went above and beyond my expectations. Cesar and Danielle were as good of realtors as I could have hoped! From Day 1 they WORKED for me. Early on I toured a house that I liked. but, they recommended viewing other homes in other areas and cities. Which was very good so I could make an educated choice. After going to several different homes I still liked the one mentioned. I settled on that one. At the same time, I got a great offer on my old house, so Cesar and Danielle agreed and locked it in my escrow. At one point the realtor for the client buying my old house complained about an escrow instruction that had already been agreed upon by his client. Cesar and Danielle immediately informed me and counseled me. I asked for compliance from the prospective buyer of my house. Cesar and Danielle told the realtor not to violate the escrow instructions and fought for me. That realtor realized what he was doing and backed down from his demands. From that point on everything went as planned. I met the owner of the house I was buying and the person I was selling my old house to. They were both very friendly and accommodating.

Cesar and Danielle are so great to work with. They are always prepared and offer amazing advice and strategy in the transaction. They are approachable and responsive and great to communicate with. You can’t go wrong working with Cesar and Danielle.

Danielle and Cesar are an incredible team to work with. My family and I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with them for our first home buying experience in 2019 that it was no doubt in our minds that they would be our first call when wanting to sell and buy in 2022. Their professionalism combined with friendly and inviting personalities make us comfortable to ask any question we might have. Their level of communication was always reassuring during the stressful escrow deadlines. And they’re never afraid to stand up for you to any party involved that you might not be happy with.
