During our first meeting to discuss the listing and viewing process, Danielle and Nicole came repaired with significant data to enhance our knowledge of the process including the recent sell prices of comparable homes in the neighborhood and a recommended listing price. Due to their years of experience, they were also able to complete a walk around of our current home providing a list of requests to improve the presentation of the home during showings. At the time of closure, the ladies met us at the office to complete the closing paperwork and present us with the house keys. While this may be a time in which an agent and buyer/seller may go their separate ways, Danielle and Nicole continued to remain in contact for the next couple months to ensure our satisfaction with our new home and solve any additional problems or concerns we may a have had during that time. Danielle and Nicole are the best team in Central Oregon. We had such a great experience with them selling our house that we we used them to sell our other rentals. This month they will be selling a third home for us. They are so knowledgeable in the intricacies of 1031 exchanges, I wouldn't use anyone else. In addition, they have a list of maintenance repair people that are top notch and reliable. Danielle and Nicole are very helpful before, during and after the houses have closed.
