Danielle was my realtor when moving from California to Florida. Even though I had never met her in person, she treated me very professionally and was attentive to all of my needs. Most of the process was handled while I was traveling across the states. Danielle was very accommodating by showing the properties via FaceTime. She answered all of my questions and responded quickly every time I had a question (and I had a lot of them). I always knew what was happening throughout the entire process. I didn't have to worry about anything! I would recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a realtor in Florida.
Danielle was very professional and friendly from the word go. She listened to what we wanted in our first home together. Her knowledge of the home buying process was excellent. Additionally, Danielle had step by step time line instructions about the home buying process. Our availability was limited and she made it work for al of our schedules. My Experience with Danielle Reidy was Awesome. She knew the locations going into the Visits and the Market Value of the Houses we were seeing. She also had the knowledge of the Comp's. within each development and what each house would sell for, depending on good inspection. Danielle had a good estimation of the Taxes and for any repairs, also had a good number and references of Contractors within the Community.
