We decided to make the plunge and start looking for a property in December 2022. We found Danielle O’Brien through a close friend of my husband’s that had worked with her extensively over a number of years. Her name had also come up in conversations with locals in the Roslindale/West Roxbury area when we mentioned we were looking for a realtor. We were certainly not the only people falling in love with the house, however Danielle reassured us that we still had a shot. Within a day she had helped us put together an offer, and by the end of the week the offer was accepted and we were under contract. She made the whole process seamless and stress free. If that wasn’t enough, Danielle and Parkway Realty continue to help us by finding renters for our upstairs unit. Even though we have only known her for a couple of months, Danielle feels more like a friend than a real estate agent.
