Danielle was right on target from start to finish! She was clear on the expectations for pricing and best and worst case for sale/listing price. Danielle was right on target on the sale price and time frame for listing the property in a cooling market. She made it clear on the improvements needed and staged the property on her own to get the sale done. She also dealt with some unexpected surprises from the buyers after their offer had already been accepted and still moved the sale forward without any major slowdown. She also negotiated very well on our behalf! We as family would highly recommend Danielle to all!
