The team at Parkway was great, selling my home was a very personal event and they made me feel comfortable during the process. They were on point with marketing and priced it to my advantage. There were speedbumps during the sale but they bent over backwards to accommodate and make the sale. I truly felt like they were my personal real estate team when I chose to sell my home.

I have had Danielle sell two homes for me in the past 3 years. Her experience and expertise have calmed me when I was panicked and reassured me when I had doubts. She gave me great advice on whether she thought an offer was worth taking or not. Danielle O'Brien was the opposing realtor when we bought our first home, and my husband ended up calling her directly and circumventing our previous realtor to negotiate. He made a comment back then that when we bought our next house he wanted her negotiating power on our side. She is normally a sell side rep, but man did she go to town for us. She came to so many showings, entertained our daughter and dog, was tolerant of our questions and was a complete shark when it came to negotiating a deal. I am proud to now count her among my friends - also she's so knowledgeable about inspections etc. (important in this day of waiving inspections). Could not endorse her more!

We had been looking for a home for about a year when we were lucky to trip over Danielle at an open house. She was so friendly and knowledgeable to total strangers that we felt we had to work with her. Over the next year she remained a fixture in our lives. Answering all of our calls, texts, and showing up to every open house to help guide us through. She was there to introduce us to Bob Malone at Radius Financial (who is a gem), and constantly provided us with city and veterans information. We just closed and moved into our new home and we are so happy. Danielle and Parkway were there for us in what can be a very stressful time but it instead turned out to be straightforward and exciting because we knew what to expect and prepare for. The woman can honestly do it all. A huge thank you to her and her team!!

Very positive experience. Very Professional. Has a great photographer she works with who made our house look beautiful when selling. We had multiple offers so she was able to negotiate a second round of offers to get us more than our asking price.

We decided to make the plunge and start looking for a property in December 2022. We found Danielle O’Brien through a close friend of my husband’s that had worked with her extensively over a number of years. Her name had also come up in conversations with locals in the Roslindale/West Roxbury area when we mentioned we were looking for a realtor. Her extra time and effort made us feel like we were sure to succeed, even in a competitive market. Within one week of working with her, a house came up on the market in our dream neighborhood. She took us to the open house at the first available showing, early on a Sunday morning. We were certainly not the only people falling in love with the house, however Danielle reassured us that we still had a shot. Within a day she had helped us put together an offer, and by the end of the week the offer was accepted and we were under contract. She made the whole process seamless and stress free. If that wasn’t enough, Danielle and Parkway Realty continue to help us by finding renters for our upstairs unit. Even though we have only known her for a couple of months, Danielle feels more like a friend than a real estate agent.
