Her genuine concern for the interests that we communicated was always in the forefront in the properties she recommended. On a few occasions she actually let us know that "we could do better" when looking at properties. Even after the property deal was completed and escrow had closed, she still checked on how we were doing and to see if we had any issues that she could help us out with.
