There are so many good things to say about our experience working with Danielle, that it's difficult to be succinct. She helped us as buyers, and as sellers. Danielle took the time to learn about what we were looking for in a home, and then set out to help us find it. Her positive attitude and understanding of the market was amazing. The more we looked, the more our expectations changed, and she accommodated us every time. Danielle isn't the kind of realtor that just opens the door and tells you to look around while she sits there and waits. She certainly gives you room to look around on your own, but she also looks around the house, pointing out potential issues. With her extensive knowledge of the different lending options and the specific criteria they each have to meet, she was able to help us look at each home with more realistic expectations of what it might cost us in the end, and what provisions we might have to consider for different loan types. Her experience working with contractors was also helpful in giving us a reasonable idea of repair costs, what they might entail, and what kind of value they would add to the home. Danielle also exhibited excellent communication skills, readily available via email or phone, and handling all of the required paperwork promptly and completely. The other sides realtors were never as efficient. Danielle was a strong representative for us when dealing with the realtors of both buyers and sellers when a few tried to take advantage of us. Ultimately, I can wholeheartedly, unequivocally, endorse the idea of you enlisting Danielle's services as a realtor if you want a dedicated professional that is a dependable, honest, knowledge realtor with integrity. You won’t be disappointed.
