Simply put, Danielle is an amazing realtor. There are a lot of realtors out there that are in it for the money, have terrible communication stills, and drop the ball all the way through the home buying process. Danielle isn't one of those realtors. Our situation was unique in that we found an off market property and then asked Danielle to represent us to the seller. Long story short, this purchase was probably the longest closing in history and also the most non-conventional. There were a lot of problems with the seller and a lot of hard conversations to be had. There is NO WAY we could have done it without her. She has excellent communication and people management skills that carried us through to closing. Even when the seller would throw curve balls at us she would very calmly handle the situation seemingly with ease. She was an amazing teacher and counselor through the entire process. If you're looking for a skilled, professional, and super friendly realtor I'd seriously consider Danielle.
