She partnered on a successful strategy for our eventual offer, balancing our goal with ensuring the market would support an eventual re-sale without losing money. Danielle also provided feedback as we made some improvements to the house we were selling. She used her staging and interior design experience to validate targeted improvements and didn't try to push us on more than was necessary. She went the extra step with the staging and professional photos. And Danielle priced it aggressively but not enough to scare away offers. Her work promoting the home and then working through all of the potential buyers was great.
