I really liked buying a house with Danielle. She was very attentive, great with communication, and was able to give us great advice about the market. We were able to buy at a reasonable price and still had protections like an appraisal (at a time when I feel like people weren’t really getting them and were having to risk buying high above asking sight unseen) because Danielle was a strong advocate for us. Also, I had talked with the realtor that was representing the sellers and she told me about how detailed and clear the offer that Danielle had submitted for us was, and the way she said it made me believe that it was an above average experience to work with Danielle as a mutual as well.

Danielle was prompt in checking out properties, responding to text and submitting offers. I was buying from out of state and she made this process as easy as possible. She did an awesome job of videoing the properties for me to be able to see. This was my first time buying a home and she was very knowledgeable about walking me through each step of the process. I really don't think I would have been able to get this condo without her, in this crazy competitive housing market.

Danielle was very professional, prompt, receptive, and knowledgeable. She mentioned things to us in looking at homes that I would not have even thought about. We spent two days with her and looked at many properties across a wide area. If you want a great real estate agent, I would recommend Danielle without hesitation.
