Danielle gave great advice and recommendations for how to accentuate the best features of our home when it was time to sell it. The photos she and her husband Scott put together were so amazing it made it hard to say goodbye to our beautiful home. Our buyers were not the easiest to deal with but Danielle pushed for answers when they weren’t clear or evasive and was a constant advocate for us with them. We never had to worry about the logistics of the sale because Danielle handled it all! She also brought peace to an otherwise difficult time. We can’t imagine working with anyone else after working with Danielle. 🙂

Danielle is a very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the questions to ask us in preparing our house for sale. She is professional but a very kind and caring person. She was available to answer any questions we had. She prepared a contract for the sale of our house that included all we wanted. We were very fortunate that the first people with their realtor who looked at the house bought the house with no changes to the contract. Danielle made sure it was easy for us to sign papers without travel and walked us through everything. I would highly recommend her.

Danielle was amazing to work with. She was our advocate in every way. We needed to sell quickly but for top dollar, so right away she provided the comps in our area. She also didn’t waste any time in getting the process started. She drove 2 hours to us to get a sign in the yard, photos to display on social media, and a lock box on the door.
