Danielle helped me sell my house for much more than it was worth while elegantly navigating shifting situations and difficult circumstances. I was in another state and yet still had superb help, she was able to be very flexible and accommodating. She also has a great understanding for the market and how to maximize a property. This expertise along with her superb communication made me an informed seller. This also allowed her to relay her intimate knowledge of every step allowing me to be a confident and informed seller; this also managed my expectations for speed and price allowing me to plan ahead. I plan to buy my next house with Danielle and would recommend her to anyone; but especially people new to buying or who know they will have challenges with the normal process (I.E. being in another state, having specific requirements for sale, needing things sold quickly).
