George was professional throughout the entire process of getting my VA loan on a condo here in Tampa. He was also patient as we ran into a few stumbling blocks. He went out of his way to help deal with a difficult HOA in getting the documents needed to close my loan. I would recommend him and use him again.

I used George Dustman and his team to purchase a home remotely in Florida. They were professional, responsive, and prompt at every step. This included identifying the 'right' house, managing the inspection process and subsequent actions, getting us set up with the Title company, and helping us identify the right loan people. Purchasing a home remotely could be a stressful endeavor, but at no time was I concerned about this process due to the excellent service I received from George Dustman and his team.

Danielle was great to work with. We moved from MA to FL. She started sending us rental propeerties first. We knew we wanted our own home and our first thoughts on what we wanted ended up being out of our reach so midway Danielle accomodated us and shifted gears to find us homes to look at. We put her under the gun while I was living here and my husband still in MA to sell our home there,ther were many phone calls and emails and Danielle always responded quickly. When he came here to visit she quickly set up homes for us to see in a short time period. She listened to what we asked for and kept the selections she sent close to our specs.She never tried to sell us more than we were looking for. Danielle is very honest, knowledgeable and forthcoming with information to make the homebuying process easily understandable. She was so good to work with I still look at the selections she sends on a daily basis because allthough I love our home now, the perfect one may come along and I know she would look out for my interests .
Danielle is top notch…she makes house hunting a very pleasurable experience.
