This review is PERSONAL. Danielle took on me as a remote client living in Texas. From day 1 she reassured she would do everything she can to get me into my home. I told her what I was looking for and she was able to narrow it down to the details to eliminate any unnecessary showings that I wasn’t interested in. We were submitting great offers, but due to the market it was tough. The entire process she stayed RELENTLESS. She is a very caring and generous woman. She still checks on me even after closing. Danielle, had no problem taking us on with our very limited budget. When we found a house we wanted to see and sent it to her she would respond within minutes. Most often she was able to show the house the same day. She even worked around our crazy schedule by showing us houses at 6pm. At that time 6pm was dark. She answered all the numerous questions we had and explained the process in a way we could understand. Being that we were actually buying a house for the first time in full, no financing. When we had a crisis in our family she was concern and caring. She asked about my daughter and my premature grandson all the time. She became part of our family through the very long tedious process of finding a house is this crazy market with a very limited budget, our 9-12 hour schedules and my daughter’s illness.

I think there should be a separate category of real estate agent who can work with clients doing an interstate move. Ms. Clayton was able to help me find and comfortably purchase a home and complete a Texas to Florida move. I don’t feel like this is a task that most real estate agents would be able to excel and succeed at, but this real estate did just that. On top of being able to handle the demands of her client she was also a pleasure to work with. I appreciate her diligent efforts in assisting me in the moving and home buying process.
