We have had the opportunity to work with Dani on 2 separate home buying experiences. The first was by chance, we were handed off by another agent who didn't have time for us, and boy are we glad he didn't. Dani was so amazing through our first purchase with her, we had to use her again, and if we ever want/need to purchase/sell again she would be our ONLY choice. Dani goes above and beyond. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find it. We had been looking for acreage for a while and our finds were always an hour plus away and not once did Dani complain about how far away it would be, or how long it would take us to walk the property, which she would walk too. We finally found our 45 acre paradise. We had 45 days to get our house up on the market and at least pending to be able to purchase our dream home on acreage, she had pics, listed and pending in 5 days, and sold before our 45 days were up. We had issues with the home we bought after the sale was finalized and Dani wasn't even hesitant to reach out to the selling agent to get our issue worked out with the seller. When most agents and sellers would have said it's a done deal and left it at that, Dani was on top of it and took care of us. Dani hands down 100% will be our ONLY choice for an agent, and will always recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
Absolutely best Agent around! Danni went above and beyond for my family! From the crazy texts of listings, and the last minute appointments, she was there for it all! I never would’ve pictured buying a dream home! But with Danni, anything is possible!
Danielle sold not one but TWO homes for me. The first she was out taking pictures the first week, had it listed within days and it was sold a few weeks later. Location was NOT fantastic, actually it had a (often used) train track in the back yard. Second one, same thing she was out within a couple days, had pictures done.... listed it on a Friday morning and had offers within an hour. That house was sold by Sunday (to the first guy, but there were MANY others) I have called her needing advice, referrals to lenders or basic real estate questions and is not only super fast, but always more than happy to help. I plan on buying soon and I look forward to working with her again.
Appreciated that Danni was always available for questions and making time to go visit potential homes. She helped us walk away from our first choice after inspections turned up some issues we weren’t comfortable with. She then helped us beat out multiple other offers on an even better home without having to go all the way up to the max offer amounts we were comfortable with.
